Great Power, Some Compromises

LOVE the added power - can now go out in the morning and not worry about recharging all day, even with heavy use! LOVE the design, color, protection, etc.
DON'T love that the plug on my Yurbud headphones no longer reaches the port on my phone, so I have to use the adapter (also, my headphone controls no longer seem to communicate with my phone). DON'T love that I can no longer use the many lightning cables I have at work and at home.
AGNOSTIC on the sleek finish vs. the rubbery grip of my old Otterbox case. Just a difference, neither a plus nor a minus. To each his own.
Pros: High quality, Durable, power
Cons: must use adapter for some headphones, can't use lightning cables

Not worth it.

The quality of the case was cheap. Pieces fell apart easily, especially the on/off ringer switch. I bought the alpha glass and even that cracked easily. I would highly recommend the Defender Case. Ultimate, lasting protection. This case doesn't charge as well, as it's promoted. Lastly, the resurgence charger doesn't charge with other chargers, so you can't lose it and easily by another.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this case for 17 and 19 year old grandsons. They have had the Resurgence Case for a week now and told me they LOVE it!! It's just the right level of protection without being 'bulky'. They told me they love having the extra battery life. 5 stars!!!

Use it when I am in an area with spotty cell coverage and the roaming function uses a lot of battery. The case doubled (2x) the time between charges.

I have dropped my iPhone's over the years many times. When I dropped my phone in its New Otter case I cringed out of habit, knowing I just broke another phone. My Otter encased phone bounced and flipped over and I saw the screen was perfectly intact. This is the best cover I have ever had. It's amazingly sturdy and I like that I can recharge with a press of a button.
I bought one for my iPad too. I have hard stone floors in my home and I've dropped and broken many iPads/iPhones over the years. The screens shattered every time.
