Bought this several months ago.. I don't like the fact it takes an hour to do one load of clothes.. It twist the clothes so bad it takes time to undo them and the tub doesn't fill very high so can do as many clothes.. Really disappointed... Would like to have my old one back... :(

Replaces an old water guzzling machine!!

Had an old reliable other brand machine for 30 years. Transmission finally locked up. Time for a new one! Chose GE because of the name and decent price. It cleans so much better than the old one, uses way less water, and is quieter and spins the clothes a lot drier. We are extremely happy with our new GE washer, and plan on replacing our old dryer with a new GE dryer..Buy one, you will not regret it!!

This washer is OK. Not near as good as the front load from GE. Unfortunately mine only lasted not even five years. Very dissipointed.
