The laundry came out in a tangled, wrinkled mess. Also it was not even clean. You cannot get clean clothes in 4 inches of water! I have returned this washer. I wonder why this washer is not sold anymore! :(

Have been using this washer for about 6 weeks and so far we are overjoyed with the quality of the machine. It is quiet, efficient and very easy to use...love it!!

I bough the washer couple of months ago and we just simply love it. The best part is that makes so less noise. Sometimes we had to get in the laundry room to find out that it was working :)

Like the washer. Thought it had a buzzer when cycle is done. Also, have to put dial on lightest level or it might pull buttons off clothes. Very quiet.

Back To Basics

This was a move "Back to Basics" after a daliance with faddish and overly electronic front-loader. We were never pleased with the way the front-loader washed clothes, nor with the fact that we had to pay to "wash" our washing machine itself just to prevent mildew.
We are back to controls that are actual contact switches that, should they fail could be easily replaced as opposed to an expensive electronic motherboard replacement required to solve virtually any problem. Now we have an agitator that really washes the clothes. We are impressed with the new motor technology GE has incorporated and expect at least double the measily five years of service we got from an expensive front-loader before the problems and issues became too expensive. If you want a computer, buy a computer.
