I bought my AeroPilates machine last month and have used it almost daily. The machine was easy enough for me to set up by myself including putting it on the stand. The reformer makes this the best workout total body workout that doesn't leave you feeling exhausted or overwhelmed. The videos that came with the machine are great starters and I was amazed at how much I enjoyed working out. I have never been so pleased with a purchase!

Disappointing & Frustrating Machine

I bought this Reformer Plus on QVC one month ago to replace my basic Pilates Reformer, which I LOVED and owned without issue for over 10 years. The main reason I chose this new model 55-5005 was Stamina's promise of a quieter, sturdier machine. Granted, the first week it glided effortlessly and noiselessly. The second week, the stop bushings surrounding the bungee cords began rattling. Then the nylon pulley ropes began wheezing. Now, four weeks in, the whole machine creaks and it feels like I am exercising on an Old West freight train. I should also mention that the foam shoulder pads on this model are much shorter than my original Reformer; not nearly as stabilizing or comfortable. Secondly, the locking pin this new machine was bent when I first unpacked it; I had to pry it out with a pliers and have a replacement pin shipped. It still does not lock properly. In summary, while I love the Pilates workout, I am sad to say that this very expensive machine is definitely not worth the price, and I wish I still had my original old reliable Reformer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my Pilates equipment

I bought the reformer and I'm really happy with it however the DVDs that explained the exercises don't work and I tried them in at least 3 different DVD players. I have taken some Pilates classes before but would have liked to see the exercises they recommmend.

I have had my Aero Pilates Rebounder for a month now. I have a litte studio set up in the basement. I plan to add pieces to my reformer soon.
I use it everyday. It serves every part of my body. I have bad knees and this machine is the greatest! Easy to put together and easy to use!
