This dual oven is absolutely wonderful! The microwave is at a great height and has the heating element available when needed. The bright lighting in the lower oven, combined with the large door window enable the food to be seen like no other oven I've used or observed. The smooth, strong lowest rack in the lower oven is a dream for larger items like our turkey this Christmas. All of the components are very high quality. It is one of the centerpieces of our new kitchen, yet is is VERY functional too. One of the coolest features is a selectable video on the control panel. There are many features to this product that we have not explored in the few weeks we have had it, but we have used the microwave a lot and cooked cookies, and a large turkey in the lower, all which turned out beautifully. The temperature seems to be very accurate based on the few things we have cooked. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a featured dual oven.

The features appear to be really nice. However, the microwave unit does not heat enough to even pop a bag of popcorn. While I fully realize that defects can happen, I am not happy with the amount of time it is taking to get a replacement. The unit failed on install and a week later, I am still waiting on an ETA for the replacement unit. I am hoping the new unit will function as advertised.

This is a fantastic appliance. First it looks elegant (I know a kitchen appliance looking elegant but really it is beautiful, you can select from season backgrounds to jazz up your kitchen…right now I have jack-o-lanterns with candles glowing I can't wait to switch to fall leaves after Halloween. Second, the convention features of both micro and oven cook things perfect every time, and the temperature probe works great. Third, and my absolute favorite part is the internet connected Culinary Center that will literally walk you thru cooking anything with pictures it completely guides you through cooking a meal based on what your cooking, doneness levels and even the kind of pan your using. Jenn-Air does not do enough to hype this killer product. I LOVE THIS APPLIANCE worth every penny!
