The speed cook microwave is great, the number/time input is cumbersome, the remote start is ridiculous-you have to set it up before you leave for it to work, opening any door cancels remote start. Seems to cook evenly and preheats quick. Still exploring features.... the added cost for the wifi isn't worth it.

Cons: Hard To Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this combo oven only a few days, but so far I really like it. Still figuring out all its features. The controls are a little sensitive but I ‘ve been getting used to them. I set up the wi-fi but can’t figure out how that’s helping me. Another month or so and I’ll have mastered it. Great looking oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave started to smoke as soon as we turned it on. Jenn Air provided quick customer service and sent out a repairman right away. The part is taking some time to arrive so I haven’t really been able to use the oven to much. I do however love the cook center. It is so easy to set up and it is so helpful for people who don’t really know how to cook. The screen on the oven is great and I love how you can change the background. This is my second Jenn Air oven microwave combo. I have always been satisfied with

Slow start!

not sure it works as it should

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I question why the fan continually runs when I run the microwave. The touchpad does not respond like I think it should and the door to the microwave/convection oven does not close correctly most of the time and I have to reclose it in order for the microwave to work
