Well Built for a life time

This range top is true commercial grade; no plastic, heavy duty metal components.
The controls have great settings; typical cooking range and then a separate simmer range, which helps for the soups and sauces. Clean up great. The center grill being electric takes longer to heat up, which it could have been gas heated. That may be an issue with general home users. But we can wish. If you get this make sure you get the commercial grade Jenn-Air hood, the up draft and lighting work great together.

More than we expected

We enjoy cooking and found the JennAir wall oven/microwave combination to be both a functional and visual asset to our kitchen. For instance, we recently the temperature probe to slow-cook a standing rib roast. The probe, which is pushed into the roast, continuously displays the internal temperature. The oven's "Culinary Center" programming is a great help, etc. Many nice features.

After living with my appliances that came with the home, I am so excited to have the fancy new double oven. Last night meatloaf was in the main oven while the microwave cooked baked potatoes. Love the new addition to our family!

I am still learning all the features that this oven has available. With the culinary center I will never again have to guess on time temperature or even time to cook. I have made a pork tenderloin using the probe and it is my new best secret weapon in the kitchen!

This oven is awesome. I love the speed cook option. We use this more than anything now! I was worried going with something so digital and high tech....thought it would break, or I would not use the features....but now it's amazing. The other night I made a casserole. I selected the casserole option and clicked start. It cooked it to perfection and alerted me when it was done! WOW. So fun to use. I find myself clicking through the options so I can make new things.
