Not as good as the older models

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combo oven is ok, however I purchased JenAir because my prior oven, which I had for over 20 years was wonderful. The oven cavity does not clean well. I made a baked sweet potato and it would not clean off the bottom by hand, or using the self clean feature. The interior steams up limiting the ability to view cooking items and the glass does not clean well. The racks also do not clean as easily as the older models. I clean my oven after every use so this is extremely frustrating. The interior surfaces simply do not clean easily. I would not purchase again. Microwave does not pop popcorn, and that’s bizarre.
Cons: Difficult To Clean, Leaks

A Little Disappointed...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just finished my home renovation and was ecstatic to have JennAir appliances being installed in my home. However, after a few months of using the combo oven, I can't say I'm overly impressed. With the price I spent, I would expect the appliances to consistently work. The touchscreen, while beautiful, doesn't always respond, is glitchy and will get stuck on one screen. The oven itself has turned off and reset itself several times (during baking). JennAir also is proud to share this ovens is Alexa-enabled, but keeping the oven connected to Wi-Fi is a challenge and the oven is rarely found by Alexa. (All my other smart household items connect just fine.) The "Remote Start" features is also a little odd in my opinion. Unless there is a setting I have yet to discover, you have to Enable Remote Start hours before you plan to remote start your oven. Sure, an app is great, but if I can't use the app to start the oven while I'm on my way home, I'm not sure the feature is that great of a feature.
I still really enjoy this appliance. In hindsight, I would have chosen a more affordable appliance and foregone some of the features that are highlighted in the JennAir oven, as they rarely work and are not worth the higher price point.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Unstable

Great Oven, lots of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our older Jenn Aire appliances in our kitchen. In our case, we went from a single oven setup to a double oven setup. This double oven is fantastic, it has so many cooking features. It will do your traditional baking, as well as convection baking. This is a great oven and very stylish.

Beautiful and But with Many Touchscreen Layers

The touchscreen works well and the kids enjoy changing the picture, and the sounds are pleasant compared to standard "beeps" of previous appliances. Some microwave functions require more menus and button pushes than expected. The installation opening required is 1/8" taller than the instructions stated. We had to modify the cabinet slightly to make it able to install properly.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Oven. I have used it for about two weeks and so far, it has exceeded my expectations with a single exception. Connecting to my smartphone has been a real problem. After trying several times, I gave up because of time. I'll be trying again later to make the connection or contacting customer support for assistance. In spite of this, I still love the oven and am very pleased with my purchase. I took away a star because of the connection problem, otherwise, it's perfect!

The oven has every feature you could imagine . Even the Wi-Fi connectivity has proven useful . The heating element and convection work seamlessly. The programming options are intuitive . Everything is super user-friendly. We are looking forward to years of expanding our world of cooking with these fabulous new appliances.

Great features and quality, digital panel problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While still "learning" how to take advantage of the features we are enjoying the combo convection oven and microwave. Clearly high quality manufacturing and the digital control panel is well laid out, intuitive. Have had early problem with panel locking up and since then a number of occurrences of "power outage" messages even though there was no power outage in the house.
