Product is nice. The blades do not seem to turn with each chop as I expected it to. Takes a little longer to cut into smaller pieces than my Pampered Chef model. It is handy to chop up small amounts instead of taking out a large food processor.

I bought this because I saw a similar device on James May's Oh Cook! I didn't even know something like this existed but now I have it I think it's amazing. I did a lot of research on the 'slapchop' type devices and this one had the highest reviews and they were not wrong! I highly recommend this chopper - chops well, good build, robust, easy to clean. What more could you ask for.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really want to like this more than I do. I purchased this because of the name and reputation. The appearance is VERY nice but there are 2 issues. First, the black plunger handle seems a bit flimsy. Second, and more importantly, the blades aren't as sharp as I feel they need to be to effectively chop, not rip (lots of veggies would get hung up in the blades or not chop all the way through - extremely annoying). The cleaning is okay (could have been easier but this is nit picking). Honestly, I'm not sure I would purchase this again (and I would probably look at other brands first).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
