It is a good product. I bought it after having the pampered chef one. The only thing I dont like about it is that the blade encasement doesn't open up so it makes cleaning difficult..

First, I am a stay-at-home "FOODIE" who absolutely loves to cook and be creative in the kitchen. This chopper is extremely well made and very easy to use and clean. The cutting blades are significantly sharper than those found on any other food choppers I have used! I paid a premium price for it at the grocery store, as at the time I needed the item late at night and very last minute. It has, however, proven to be worth every penny! I can't wait to get my next CUISINART gadget or appliance!
