I purchased this to mainly chop nuts for one of my recipes. It works ok but not super fast or efficient since many of the nuts are chopped to powder while others haven't been chopped at all.

Didn’t come with instructions. On side it has a lock button have no idea how it works to “lock” it. Does it come apart for cleaning?

Not quite as advertised and expected

It barely does what it promises. In most instances you have to completely remove peels and skins first. It is “iffy” at best. It takes as much prep of the food prior to use as it would to just do it by hand.
