Worked for 3 years

Worked for 3 years, then the heating element had to be replaced. The plate that hold the 3 heating elements warped, causing the heating elements to sag and short out. Poor design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Electrolux dryer about a month ago and so far it is working great. It took a little time to learn what features I could use with each cycle type (e.g. I couldn't use lower heat on normal cycle but if I switched to 'mixed' cycle I could). I also have not yet figured out how to set timed dry to the time I want - it appears to be pre-set. So I am still learning about all the features. Otherwise the dryer is working well, it drys just fine, and I am very pleased. I was also happy because it matches my Electrolux washer which I bought about a year ago and which is also a great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet but some settings take some getting used to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer two months ago and have been very happy with how quiet the dryer is. Two challenges: 1) the variety of dryer options take some getting used to. Sometimes my clothes aren't fully dry, so i've been experimenting with different settings to ensure my clothes arent scorched. 2) the lint trapped doesnt easily glide in and out of the dyer. I use my dryer daily, and clean the lint trap daily, and this should be a smoother process.

Good dryer, horrible warranty guarantee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dryer caught on fire and warranty wouldn’t cover “electrical mishaps”. The dryer worked ok. Most of them the time I had to dry twice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
