Love the clean!

Poor results thus far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spin cycle does not run at end of washing cycles. Had repairman out once and since it doesn't happen every time he couldn't duplicate or fix. No machine is making a high pitched "whine" when spin cycle does run. Think may have gotten a lemon. Am asking that Electrolux replace this as it is only few months old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Washer But Fabric Softner No Longer Drains

My wife gets plenty of use out of this washing machine but recently the fabric softner no longer dispenses/drains and when the cycle is done the reservoir is still filled with the softner. Checked to see if it is clogged which it is not
