Problems down the road.

We purchased this washer 2 years ago and so far the lint trap has needed to be cleaned twice. You have to remove whole panels to get to this lint trap. Poor design that it isnt accessible from the front like other brands. To top it off, a drain hose just got a hole in it inside the machine and we had water everywhere from it. If it wasn't for the lint trap and this poor design of a drain hose I would give this a 5 star rating. When you have no issues it is one of the best, but until they fix these problems I would look elsewhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use

Very easy to use machine. Straight forward with great options yet not too many buttons therefore it's not confusing. Some machines need a step by step guide to use, not this one.

Washer and Dryer have an Aray of great fearures

I do a lot of Laundry, We live in a beach so summers are busy. Lots of beach towels , bathing Suites. The washer and Dryer help me keep up with it all. Items are cleaned and fresh smelling.

Great Washer

We have had this washer for about 6 months and it has been great. We did have one incident where the machine stopped working in the middle of a cycle and the door would not open. We had to flip our circuit breaker to get the machine to open and it finally began working again. Fingers crossed that is our only issue.

quiet washer!

I upgraded from a old basic top load washer to this Electrolux and this feels like a cadillac! It's quiet which is a plus for me since our laundry has no door and it's off of the living room. I haven't used all of the settings yet but I feel that it's very user friendly and I do not have to keep running to the manual to figure how to work something.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke in 4 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is very nice and next to silent. The washer started making a grinding noise and the spin cycle quit after 4 months. Been waiting for replacement bucket for two weeks from repair facility. Hopefully this was just a one off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
