I was skeptical that a front load washer could get clothes as clean as my old top loader. I'm pretty sure they are cleaner than ever. The machine is quiet and we've had no problems with mold like some reviewers have noted on all front loaders. After six months the drive belt slipped off, but a call to customer service got a technician to our house in four days. I discovered the problem late on a Friday night and Monday was a holiday. The service call was covered 100% by the original warranty. It has been working fine ever since.

I surprised my wife with a new laundry room. The rest of the family went on vacation, I stayed home and remodeled. She loves her new machines, especialy the steam drier

This washer runs quiet and effecient with the many cycle choices...and we stacked a full size washer and dryer! :) Laundry is fun and exciting to see such great clean results!

Absolutely LOVE it!!!! In a hurry, had to use the quick wash feature. Clothes looked and smelled just as fresh as a full wash. I was amazingly impressed with the results.

I've had this set a little over a month and love it!! The only issue I've had is the pedestals do not work- the installation crew ran out quickly after installing and then we found out why... when you pay good money for something, you expect it to work.
