We did not realize how uncleaan our clothes were.

With in the first few weeks we rewashed everthing in the house.... Emptied all the closets and dressers, rewashed all the towels, courtains, rugs, pillows, the works.... Our house smells so clean now....

I bought this washer & dryer for our new home about a year ago. The items come out horrifically wrinkled, almost un-ironable. I am extremely angry and disappointed. I have tried EVERYTHING to make adjustments and no matter what the clothes are wrapped around each other tangled in knots and the worst wrinkling I have ever seen. Sheets, clothes, etc.
I am ready to sledgehammer these units. Never buying electrolux again.

Thanks for sharing your valuable feedback, Patricia K. It appears that the "Shrink Guard" and "Add Steam" options are not selected with your wash cycle. You will need to press and hold the "Shrink Guard" button to activate this feature. Doing so will prevent your clothing from wrinkling. I hope this information is helpful. The washer and dryer have exceeded my expectations! They look and perform great. The speed to be washed and dry in half an hour is fabulous! The steam setting is amazing!

I bought these a few weeks ago and have been very satisfied. These are my first front load set and am loving it. Love to do my laundry just wish they would come out of dryer folded....HAHA
