Best Investment!

I purchased both the washer and dryer two months ago. I love the touch controls!! I encountered some delivery issues with the pedestal for the dryer- when attached, it did not close. This appeared to have been a manufacture defect. After 4 delivery attempts, the manufacturer replaced it. It still does not appear to be the right size as it sticks out about an inch. While not aesthetically pleasing, it closes. Other than that, this purchase meets most of my expectations.
Love the Eco cycles and the steam feature. There are so many benefits to having the steam feature- especially when washing heavily soiled bathroom floor mats. I also like the deep clean sanitation, sterilization ability to power out tough stains and bacteria when the steam feature is applied.
I would recommend this product- Just be prepared to have multiple deliveries; should you decide to purchase the pedestals.

It looks nice

This is a fine washer. No better or worse than my last HE washer. The only complaint I have is that you have to keep the door open at all times so that it doesn't mildew. It says right there in the instructions to leave the door open when not in use. I hate that part of it. It kind of takes away from the look of the set when you must leave the door open to avoid stink. I think the salesman should be required to disclose that little tidbit. I HATE the matching gas dryer. It doesn't get hot very fast, taking a lot longer that any previous dryer to get the clothes dry. I wouldn't repurchase this set.

We were without a washer and dryer set for over a year having to rely on going to the laundry mat weekly to do our laundry. Not only was this a hugh time killer but it turns out that the anount of money spent on loads there, we could have been making payments on our brand new Electrolux Washer and Dryer. The convenience of having a home and doing them in our new home is an added plus. Not to mention the smooth and easy operation of the Electrolux appliances is just icing on the cake!!!

Our summer rental had these an Electrolux washer and dryer. We fell in love with these machines and had to buy them for our home.

Perfect

This is a much quieter machine than our previous and it cleans much better also. Took a load or two to burn out some weird new machine smells, but it's perfect now.

Great Options for Allergy Sufferers

I love this washer and dryer. I suffer from allergies and really like the ability to deep clean and sanitize my laundry. I live in a dry climate and appreciate the steam option. The size is also perfect for washing oversize items and also offers many useful washing and drying options.

The washer is a piece of junk. The dryer is good.

I have had the washer 3 months. It has cut off about 7 times and had to call for service each time. I wanted to return it, but the store would not take it back. I would not recommend the washer. I have had no problems with the dryer.
