Great washer- perfect for 2nd floor!

I have had this washer for a month now and am in love. We replaced a 10 year old washing machine with this one and the difference in wash time, sound and cleaning is unbelievable. This washer is upstairs between 2 bedrooms and my babies can easily nap while the machine is running mere feet from their cribs. As it is a front loader I was worried about the smell. When I am done using the machine, I wipe down the rubber seal with a towel. Takes an extra 10 seconds but worth the effort.. Very happy with this purchase.

Mechanical issues

I've owned a washer and dryer pair for 4 months. I've had to call service twice for 2 unrelated error messages. The first call occurred within a week and the retailer replaced the entire unit. The 2nd call happened about 3 months in and Electrolux replaced a circuitboard. To their credit, the issue was resolved quickly and covered under warranty, however I am more than disappointed thus far considered what we paid for the units.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my Electrolux set. It has many features for all washing and drying needs. Love that my queen size bedding fits perfectly. Dryer is very efficient.

Super quitet and love the door switch option

My washer and dryer hookups were switched and have struggled for the past 12 years with doors opening up into eachother . Now that the doors are switched I can quickly and easily transfer clothes

We Love All the Settings

We absolutely love our Electrolux Washer. The front loading washer is easy to load; we do not have to bend over to load and unload the washer. The washer has many settings to clean almost any garment in any condition.

STUNNING - both in cleaning ability and look!

After researching a lot of different brands of washers, I was sold on the Electrolux Front Load Washer with IQ-Touch ... even before I tried it! The look of this appliance is really beautiful. I love that the doors are reversible - that's a HUGE help (and something I'm not sure any other brand offers!). I LOVE that I can add steam - I notice a difference that everyone's clothes are coming out much cleaner than with my old machine. I was (and still am) really impressed by all of the cycle options (especially fast steam clean, pet bed (no more laundromat for this gal!!!) and the deep clean sanitize cycle. Also - the machine is SUPER quiet - even on the most 'aggressive' cycles! Overall, I'd buy this machine over and over again! Absolutely thrilled with my purchase.
