Excellent Buy!

My dad bought me this as a Christmas present last year and I absolutely love it! The design is so sleek and has too many features to count. Despite that though, it's still such an easy machine to operate. Very satisfied!

Love this washer

I purchased an Electrolux because I wanted a door that would open to the right. Electrolux seems to be the only brand that has a door you can have open to either side. The washer and dryer are great. I couldn't be happier with them. I have used the specialy cycles a lot more than I thought I would. Especially to clean pet bedding and sanitize the sheets.

Off to a rough start!

I have had this washer for approximately eight months. I recently required a warranty repair to fix a drive belt that had slipped off a pulley. I am currently scheduled for an additional warranty repair to replace the units computer as it is defective. The service has been good, but the unit is poor from the factory given my experience. I expected more given the price point for the unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Electrolux Washer and Dryer was one of the best purchases we made. Both are very easy to use and cost effective. No need for softener, no waste of water, and efficient/effective use of laundry detergent.
