Exceptional Machine and Easy to Use

Bought this set for our new home, about 3 months ago now, after having several other machines both front and top loading HE and not. I LOVE this set. The settings are amazingly easy so much so that my little kids help with laundry. The washer cleans exeptionally well and the dryer is a dream. The steam and sanitize features are my favorites. I dreamt of these machines for years and finally was able to get them with our new house and I couldn't be happier.

Great Machine - Love the color

Overall I am very pleased with this machine. Lots of settings and combinations of features to use to address virtually every laundry concern. Steam setting has really brightened up my whites. Put the machine to the test with a load of barn clothes and mechanic clothes. Machine performs wonderfully. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the final spin cycle is very loud. Sounds like a jet engine winding up. It is a short cycle, so you only listen to it for a few minutes. If your machines are in the basement or not on the main living floor, this is not an issue for you. The second reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the manual that comes with the machine does not tell you how to select the settings you need. Example - if you want to wash a normal load, for a specific amount of time, with additional special features, there is not a way to do this. All settings are predefined. Ultimately this is not a problem for me, once I tried all of the predefined settings, I knew what setting worked best for me. Nice feature is the machine allows you to save your favorite setting. My last comment would be regarding the door. Front load machines need to have the door left open to dry out. This door only has two settings. Open all of the way, or closed. The door will not stay open half way. For me, this means the door must to be open all the way and be in the walking path of the room. For this reason, we leave the door open at night, but closed during the day. It would be nice if you could leave the door cracked an inch or two all of the time. The spring load of the door will pop the door open all of the way, preventing you from cracking the door just a little for air circulation. I have had other front load machines, but this one definitely has improved features and cleaning capability.
