Overall worth the money

I've been overall happy with this purchase. It gets even dirty baseball uniforms clean without per wash treatment. Can load large comforters and pet beds and other unusual completely. I'm still trying to figure out the steam feature as well as the custom cycles. It doesn't get mildest like my last front loader. I have found a small crack on one of the agitators and have had to a repair man call when it started making a really loud noise. It ended up resolving itself and the call was covered by warranty. Definitely recommend getting the warranty as the plans seem to cover everything.

Why did we wait so long

Several months ago we purchased The Eletrolux washer and dryer. A stackable pair. There are not enough superlatives to describe their performance. Using far less water and electricity as well as being fast both in washing and drying. A great pair. Now if only they could fold. The steam option is wonderful. No pressing required if you take things out when the chime calls.

I love that its quiet.

It is a quiet machine. One of the things that bugs me is that sometimes when I got to put detergent in for another wash the detergent dispenser is full of water, I'm thinking from the previous wash and I don't know if that is suppose to happen. I also wish it would let us have more control over the settings.

Regarding water being left in the dispenser compartments, it is a result of the siphoning action when the washer is running and that is part of the normal operation of the washer. We recommend that you empty the dispenser after each cycle.

Broken after only 3 months

The washer stopped spinning after 3 months! Has been broke for 3 weeks, still waiting for a part. I am going to return if not fixed soon!

I bought this washer and it stopped working after a week. The store delivered a new washer right away, but I was a little disappointed in the fact that a washer would stop working after a week. So far, I like the washer and all of the settings.

Hands down, better than all previous machines

Of course it's new and you can expect great performance initially, but both W and D seem extra quiet, extremely well balanced spins and offer multiple selections that seem to optimize performance. One negative while reaching up to overhead shelves, body tends to lean into and activate buttons.

Looks beautiful and has lots of features

We bought the washer and dyer set July 25, 2015. We have been very happy with them both. My favorite settings are the jean and 15 minute fast wash. My clothes have never smelled so good and they look very very clean. The washer and dryer are very modern and stylish looking. I have a very small laundry room so we stacked them. I give the dryer a 5 star and the washer a 4 star. The only reason for the 4 star on the washer is because water stays in the dispenser unit. I do empty it when I am done washing. Not a huge deal but good to know this beforehand. I do love it though so far, I hope It lasts a long time.

terrible experience

We only had our washer and dryer for two months before the washer broke. The dryer never dried the clothes all the way. Very disappointing experienced for such a reputable brand.
