Really Quiet!

Have had these washer dryer pair for several months now and we are very pleased. They are even quieter than expected, with many features that are easy to use.

Great Features

We purchased the washer and dryer upon moving into our new home. Overall we are very happy with the units. We have had the repair man our regarding the water that remains in the liquid soap dispenser and he indicated this is normal and you have to hand empty it every time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Merely acceptable

I bought the washer and dryer set. 90% of the time the detergent reservoir is filled with water (just under max line) at the end of the cycle. The doors do not glide smoothly. Despite using Tide He , filling to minimum line, and using an extra rinse cycle, there are still suds in the wash. The dryer has the same door problem. The steam function does not work properly. The lint receptacle seems poorly designed as lint gets caught in the top front section
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We could recommend as a home remedy to rub wax paper on the door hinges of both appliances to alleviate some of the friction you are experiencing. Hard water in your area could be a factor with the over sudsing you are continuing to have. There are home kits available to test the water. Excellent product

Fast wash time, rediculously fast spin cycle, cloths are clean. It's quiet, very attractive, and an awesome washer. It only gets 4 stars because larger loads have difficulty dispersing correctly, and the machine will not go into final spin with uneven cloths distribution, said large loads end the cycle sopping wet, and you have to re-rinse and spin again. Still great despite!
