Great machine

We've had this machine for 5 months now and it blows doors off the Bosch machine it replaced. It's quiet, efficient and infinitely programmable for various loads. We highly recommend it.

Love my washer

I purchased the washer about 4 years ago and when I sold my home - part of the deal was that I had to leave my washer and dryer. I was so upset that I had to leave the appliances but, when I purchased my new home - I decided I had to have them again. I'm very happy with my appliances.

Great, but....

I bought matching washer & dryer 1 1/2 years ago to replace another set that was always needing repairs. Unfortunately, I am having to repair this washer already - control board issue. It's been great when it's working and the repair service is being covered. I'm hoping it will now last a long, long time because I do really like the features and look.

Broke first month

I was not happy broke first month nor was I ecstatic when it took the corporate office 5 days to return my call they however did get it fixed as soon as I told them what was going on

This is an excellent washer, I highly recommend this machine. The machine has many options to choose from. Clothes, towels, blankets, linens..etc come out clean and fresh

After much research we chose this set. Not only can you add extra water per load if needed , you have a pre-wash and a fresh rinse that goes with many of the wash selections. The steam is a plus and the allergen and sanitary washes are great! Also, if you have pets, well this set offers great specialty settings for their needs also. I was about to give up on front loaders, but not anymore....
