I read about front load washers and I was skeptical. But decided on this washer after 3 months of researching. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Even better than most of the reviews that i read. Truly saves me money and time!

great for a second floor installation

Overall, a great washer. It is very frustrating that you can't change the settings on many of the pre-set wash cycles. I have read before & agree that the button to open the detergent drawer often doesn't work. There is very low vibration during the spin speed, which makes the other issues worth it.

Bought this set to replace our old whirlpool top load water guzzler. Definately uses a lot less water. Still a little early to see if it will last as long as our old set. Happy with the performance so far. (2 months)

Dryer eating clothes

Inside the back of the dryer clothes snag and tear, three new blouses ruined. The first day we used the washer the hose attached to the back came off and flooded the floor. The dryer rack was missing bolts on delivery. Good size.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super Efficient!

We bought this in June 2015. I love how clean my clothes are, with three boys I need all the cleaning power I can get and this definitely delivers! There are plenty of wash options for all levels of soiling and I love being able to customize my loads or even do a quick wash in 15 minutes if I am short on time and need something done fast. So happy I chose this brand over the others I was also considering!

quiet, fast, looks good

Haven't had any issues so far. It washes my clothes. The buttons seem a little chintzy though. Also sometimes after washing a load I'll take the clothes out and it turns off like it should but the next time I goto use it, it starts up at 0:00 left...not a big deal because all you have to do is hit cancel but still weird.
I would recommend this to a friend!
