We purchased the washer and dryer a little more than a month ago and have been so pleased with these products. They are so much better than our previous set. Many options for any kind of load. Used the steam mode in the dry to freshen up our tablecloth and napkins when company was coming over-and they came out looking like I had just ironed them. Love them both.
My only disappointment is that the water in the liquid soap dispenser does not completely empty at the end of the wash cycle. A minor inconvenience.

Although this is nice, I had the model two years ago (sold with my house) and the new model is a big disappointment. It's so cheap plastic and feels like it will not last long. My older model felt sturdy and seemed to wash and dry better and was much quieter! Very sad!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GETS THE CLOTHES CLEAN!

Clothes come out cleaner - cycles are faster.
Only complaint is the door remains open at a 90 degree angle (leaving the door open on a front loader is a MUST) There should be a bit of an adjustment for that because with the door open that wide it impedes entry to the utility room.

Great Appliance!

We've had it about a month. Got it to replace a GE top-loader that like to walk around the room on spin cycle. The controls are easy to understand and use. It is VERY quiet compared to the old machine. It spins quieter and removes more water to allow shorter drying time.
I would recommend this to a friend!
