I bought this machine several months ago and am very pleased with its performance. I particularly appreciate the Sports Clothes cycle, as I am an avid tennis player.

We bought this washer because the door could be reversed but the installer had problems reversing it and did not do it correctly. While it is not technically Electrolux's problem, it frustrated us. Once it was fixed the machine works fine.

Have only had a short time but so far clothes come out fine. Lots of different features - still trying them all. Had a question concerning switching doors - technical support very helpful.

Tremendous features, but the scared to go hot!

Bought this a few months ago as a replacement for a 15 year old Whirlpool traditional upright washer with agitator. Absolutely love the capacity and spin-out capabilities, but have been scared to use the steam and allergen settings for anything other than towels and sheets since it raises the pre-programmed water temp. I'll have to get over my fear and try a load with steam, but so far, cleans great just with cold water cycles.

Charming Machines

I like them both, the front loader pair from Electrolux. These are modern, handsome machines. Quiet, easy to use and they get our cloths really, really clean. I like all the settings, I like the options, I like the steam, I like the fast wash, and all the settings.

My old washer and dryer were 13 years old. I never knew what I was missing with new technology! Love how efficient this set is, and how quiet it usually is. They just look beautiful in my laundry room.
