I bought this on the recommendation of the guy who sold it to me. Probably not wise but..... I like the washer but it does have some downfalls. If you don't pull the laundry right away after it washes, it will start to smell. I'm not talking leaving it for days - even just leaving it for an hour. Also, the laundry pods don't work. They get gummed up in the front of the washer. And, it leaves a water stain at the bottom of the seal. All in all it does a good job. There are so many features that I feel like I'm not utilizing it to it's full potential.

A terrific Improvement over our old machine

This is our first front loading washing machine (our Son bought one last year) and we are very impressed by the automatic sensing, selection of optional cycles and relative quietness. In addition, the autofeed of detergent, softener, bleach etc is a great help, eliminating our excessive use of those chemicals while, to our pleasant surprise, at the same time improving cleaning, and the spin dries our clothing considerably better than the upright machine it replaced (which was less than ten years old)..

Great washer & Dryer!

We bought this a couple months back and love them both. The washes are thorough as well as the drying. We love the different selections. Many loads can be completed quickly. We were a bit nervous investing so much money into the purchase but so far have no regrets.
