This product does that and some.I would mainly say my wife is happy with this washer and if she is happy I am happy :). (Just waiting for a high efficiency Dryer lol)

This washer replaces one that broke. I cannot believe all the features! Besides the usual cycles: heavy, colors, delicate, etc...it also has Steam refresh, handwash, speed wash and even basket clean. Also has an extra rinse (good for those of us who are sensitive to detergents) , prewash, delay start, and lock feature. The steam assist feature will be goodl for wrinkle free laundry. There is also an energy saver button which should prove useful. And it is very quiet!

Washes well... when it works

This washer was already in place when I bought my home. It washes well but does take a long time to do so. They biggest problem I have is that 75% of the time, it stops washing 3 minutes into a cycle, and the Start button begins flashing. Once I push it again, the cycle will continue, but if I forget to check, it can sit in this idle phase for a long time (usually an hour until I check and see that it is in this state)! This is very problematic. Any ideas how to fix?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washer about 9 months ago. This washer has lived up to all my expectations. The extra large capacity allows me to do fewer loads or wash the comforter at home and not have to lug it to a landromat. The many cycles take great care of the many different fabrics that are in the marketplace today. As with most front load machines the ultra fast spin cycle get the loads dry in much less time than the top load machines did. We are very happy with this washer.
