This product has the best features and load capacity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has a large capacity and I have yet to fill it. I wash clothes for 3 adults and still have room left over. I've steamed drapes and sheers and they came out perfect and I still did not use all the load capacity. This is the best washer I've ever had. Uses little detergent and washes very clean and fast.

good when it works

we have had this washer for over 3 years now and from day one 1 it has had a problem with jeans or other bulky items such as towels or blankets. it will consistently time out during a spin cycle and we find a the tub full of soaking wet clothes, so we have to pull them out and rearrange them to run additional drain and spin cycles off the special cycle menu. there is nothing more frustrating than setting a load when we leave home and come back to sopping wet jeans we then have pull out and re-drain and spin. my wife hates this thing - it creates more work than it accomplishes. on a good note the auto dispense is awesome though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent washer with great energy efficiency and a host of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washer to replace two washers, a small load and a large load machine. We had purchased the small load washer for frequent washing of sports gear, to avoid the waste of multiple small washes in a large, lower efficiency washer. This washer is extremely configurable, and intelligently manages water and heat required for whatever program you choose. That said, it presents these many available programs in 'a la carte' fashion, making programming intuitively easy. Perfect for our requirements!

Some Vibration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great washer. Only problem is vibration during the spin cycles that I have not fully corrected. Have adjusted the leg levelers and Adaptive Vibration Control to match the floor type in my second floor laundry room but it is still relatively loud during spin cycle starts and stops. Other than that this is an excellent washer with many features. This washer is very efficient and I have seen a reduction in my water bill since using this washer. Also bought the matching dryer which is also an excellent product.

Love my front load Washer

I have two other HE machines, one is LG and the other is Whirlpool. I love this GE! It does a great job and offers the delay which saves electricity
