I like doing laundry!

This machine is so large that I have trouble filling it most days. It replaced another front loader that always had a funky smell and mold issues. I'm a little over cautious with this one so I dry it out and/or leave the door open when I'm done for the day...several months later and it still seems fresh.
The wash cycles are very fast and the inside light is a nice unexpected feature. I don't have clothing that is particularly greasy/dirty, so I can't comment on that aspect; it does just fine on normal wear items though.
The only "negative" is that tub is so large I found it a bit awkward to get stuff out. I added the pedestals and now it's perfect. I was so hesitant about getting another front loader that I did a ton of research first, I'm very pleased so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The only complaint I have so far is the fabric softener dispenser tends to clog up and requires multiple cleanings

Great Set !

The wife & I have had this set of washer & dryer now for 5 Mos. I work away from home and at work we use LG front load washers. For a comparison of the 2 washers i like my Electrolux washer better. 1st the lights in side, 2nd the gasket on the door [ LG has a gasket that has looks to be drain holes @ the bottom of the gasket and collect dirt in the gasket] 3rd the wash times are real close to what the timer says. Have no fear to purchase this set ! We also used the stacking kit and was easy to set up. The wife loves to be able to wash blankets and comforters in the washer with left over room in the machine. I'm very happy with both washer & gas dryer !

Great so far

This washer has been great so far. We have only had it since November. The capacity is large which was the reason for purchase. We were able to fit our King size comforter in the machine and it cleaned fairly well. We have had to have it dry cleaned until now as it just would come out clean our previous washer due to the size. It still doesn't clean it spotless but it does an adequate job as the comforter is so large. The features are very nice. This is our first Front Load washing machine and so far we are pleased. One negative is the softner dispenser doesn't empty out very well. We now mix our softner half and half with water and it does better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for a busy mom

I love it! I have the coordinating dryer with perfect steam - and as a result I can wash kids bedding in the washing machine while using the "air dry" with perfect steam for down blankets and pillows in the dryer at the same time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolute State of the Art Technology

Researched the Top Rated Front Load Washers. Electrolux met all my requirements for Design, Engineering and Functionality.
After using this Washer I could tell that some of the Reviews from Consumers who had made negative remarks were people who
had obviously not read the simple instructions to avoid the Issue they described. Every Day, my wife and I comment to each other
how pleased we are to have our Electrolux Washer and Dryer

Great Washer!

I purchased this washer in 2/2103 to replace a May Tag washer that I had for 18 years. I am not disappointed in the performance. I did have a glitch though. In June, the washer did not work. Turns out it was a faulty door lock. It was fixed promptly and the washer is fine. This washer does a great job in getting my clothes very clean and I have so many options, that I use. I would definitely recomend this washing machine.

Electrolux Washer

This is the best washer I have ever owned. It gets all of the clothes clean and I love the specialty wash cycles. It did have a problem with a cold water valve that took a little bit of troubleshooting to find out what was wrong. All covered under warranty work.
This washer is truly quiet even on the heavy duty spin cycles. I have to check to see if it is on and running.
When it comes time to replace my Kenmore dryer I will buy an Electrolux. I couldnot ask for a better washer.
