It's Perfect!

I am happy with everything about this washer. We purchased another brand of similar price last year and was very glad that we sold the house and were able to include it in the sale. We chose the Electrolux for many reasons; wash cycles are short, quiet, and it does a great job at cleaning. I would buy again and highly recommend it to anyone. Also our dog likes it, she was terrified of the last washers noise.

Bought Electrolux washer because they had changeable washer door. Washer and dryer have been great since we bought it.

Noisier than expected

I bought this washer four months ago. I've had other stacking washers, this one is much noisier than I expected, especially because we put it upstairs in our living space. Also, the washer doesn't have an easy way to figure out how to do an extra spin cycle if the clothes stay too wet. There is a way to do this as explained in the directions, but it is not intuitive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Mrsming! I would check that your washer is resting firmly on your floor. You may view your installation instructions online. If your wash load is uneven, I recommend stopping your load and rearranging it. I would also suggest combining large and small items in a load. Load your large items first. Large items should not be more than half the total wash load. To use a Rinse Only cycle, select Rinse & Spin and then select Fresh Rinse (this will deselect the rinse portion of the cycle). This is the poorest performing washer dryer

Very poor product. Does dot clean clothes well whites getting dingy. Clothes hand up and stop dryer.

Love the Reversible door

I bought this machine 2 months ago and I love how it works. It is quiet, washes my clothes well, and above all I love the fact that it's door is reversible. The fact that the door could be moved to the other side allowed me to buy a front loader which I have wanted for a long time do to ease of access for my handicapped mother.
I would recommend this to a friend!
