door wont open

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] have it for 4 weeks and door wont open for 2nd time ist time took 4 days till appliance guy showed up.now I have to wait 5 days. not even month old and cant open door 2 times put on file if happens again gonna request new one

Many selections for different wash sizes

One year of service with very good results. only issue is with the rubber gasket on the door which retains the soapy water and does not drain between the mid fold in the rubber causing a black mouldy stain which is difficult to remove.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Yikes! Excess wrinkling, color transfer, or odors may develop in items left in the washer after the cycle has ended if not removed promptly, samf. To help prevent odors, mold or mildew, leave the door open for a few hours after use, or whenever the washer is not in use. Please see page 24 in your Owner’s Manual for aggressive inside cleaning instructions for severe odor alleviation. My research revealed your recent service call with Harp Home Services (631-777-1911) was successful. If you are experiencing the exact same matter, please give them a call. Our Authorized Service Providers guarantee their repairs for 60 days, and will come back out. I hope this helped! Your Electrolux lady, Ruth

FRONT LOAD WASHER

This washer has had the drum replaced(twice), motor replaced(twice) and front electric panel in the past year. Glad I purchased the extended warranty otherwise I would have been screwed.
