Love the Washer, but . . . .

The washer is quiet and does a great job. My only complaint is that it arrived with a defective detergent drawer and I had to schedule a service call. That would seem to be a fairly simple quality control issue.

Dispenser is dead on arrival

The detergent dispenser door is jammed and does not open.
Since we don't use the dispenser (we use Tide pods) I have decided not to exchange the washer.

Good Washing Machine

We decided on this brand because it is the only one in the market that has a reversible door. The door latch was broken somewhere in the process of delivery and we had to wait a week for the door latch to be fixed. Once we got to use the machine I was pleasantly surprised! I am still learning all the features. I am really pleased at how clean my laundry is. We have dogs and I love the pet bed cycle.

I've never used any Electrolux Products before, and my old front load washer was 18 years old when the motor bearings started to go out. The new technology took some getting used to since I was not able to get the DVD until a week after this washer was installed. It would have been helpful to get that with installation. So I had to learn things the hard way, even having to call Electrolux on the telephone. The washer works great so far, the dispenser for fabric softener often fills up with water after the cycle and there is no way to take it out and dump it. Have to use a baster to get the water out. That's the only thing I did not like.

Quietest machine!!!

I bought this washer two months ago. My other washer was too noisy and it kept my husband awake. We read the reviews on it and bought it. We didn't know anyone who had purchased this brand. We gave it a try and love it.
