4 Error messages in 1st month of owning new washer

I bought my machine a month ago and have continually received an E13 message that has so far not been able to be fixed. Most unhappy with this machine

Major repairs needed after just 15 months

I bought this product for a new home, and within 15 months of installing it and starting to use it, the entire drum assembly needed replacing. The repairman said it was a loose screw and he sees these all the time on this model. The parts were under warranty, but not the labor. And it took two weeks to get it fixed. This for a washer used intermittently in second home.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i have done over 100 loads since i purchased my washer one month ago.i have used all the cycles including specialty cycles.my clothes are cleaner and smell fresher than with my old machine.The deep clean/sanitation cycle removed all the sweat, smell and grime from my son's hockey gear.And for all those sports enthusiast that is not an easy task. that was never achieved from my old machine.it spins the clothes so dry it has cut my dryer time in half.best of all it is super quiet,and a good thing because it is in my kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this washer a few months ago and I have been so impressed with EVERY feature! We often have VERY dirty loads between my son and husband and every load comes out just ad clean as the last!

We bought this washer and matching dryer one month ago. They provide excellent service but we had to have the dryer checked once already. It made a rattling noise (like marbles rolling around) when the heat in the dryer kicked off. I will keep an open mind for now. You must keep the doors on the washer open for a day or so until it drys otherwise it could get a funky smell. That;s not a problem for us because the units are in the basement. It's our understanding that's a common problem with front loaders. It's unusual for us because we had top loaders (that absolutely stunk big time). The only thing that I wish were part of the units are louder buzzerss/chime. We can't hear them so we set a kitchen timer and go down to check. Generally the dryer is always done. Nothings perfect so ...so far we like them.
I will try to provide a follow up review after we run the units for awhile. Good luck...choosing a washer and dryer is a daunting task.

not as amazing as we were hoping

Has a lot of options available and looks like you would be able to create almost any kind of wash you wanted. When you actually get them, you actually can't change any of the preset options.....you cant create steam, hot water for whites, for instance. Each cycle is preset so even though it looks like it has a lot of options you cant actually over ride any cycle and change the presets. A little disappointing. Water also gets left in soap dispenser after every wash. Not as quiet as I was expecting either for a brand new washer during the wash cycle.

I have had my dryer for just over a year. I love all of the features, the design, and the look of the dryer. However, I have had to call a technician to repair it twice already because the belt fell off. I also purchased the matching washer, which I just had repaired today. I am somewhat disappointed in the quality of the machines. I assumed that, with the products being a high end brand, they would be more durable and dependable. I would recommend the dryer, but would advise consumers to purchase an extended warranty to cover the cost of repairs. I REALLY wish I would have!!

I love this appliance. There are so many options one can select with each wash load. And I really like that it is such a large capacity washer and can handle almost anything. Things that I used to take to the laundromat I can now do at home. I also like the small load feature as I do the grandkids laundry if they are here for an overnight. I can then send home their clothing all fresh and clean. I also like the fact that the wash basin is lighted, at least for a short time, so that you can see what you are doing. I have only used the washer cleaner once so far and I like that option also.
Thanks for building such a good appliance. I did not invest in the cabinetry for below the washer and I do think that I should have. I think I will do so shortly as the cabinet makes the washer easier to use at closer to eye level.
