Electrolux Really Came Thru

This was actually a replacement washer. There was an issue with our original washer, it did not dispense bleach at the correct time. But we were sent a brand new washer right from the factory within a week and half once we decided that's what we wanted to do. No going back and forth, just done! Great customer service!

I purchased my first set of Electrolux washer/dryer about 3 years ago. Then we decided to move and left all our appliances with old house. There was no confusion as to what to purchase for the new home - another set of Electrolux.

I have had the washer and dryer now for about 1 month and LOVE them!!! It takes hardly any time to get the wash done and they are cleaner than ever!

Improvement over features on my last model.

This unit was a replacement under my 5 year extended warranty on a previous model which I owned for 22. Months that was an absolute LEMON! Thank God for my extended warranty which finally resulted in my washer being replaced. So far I am loving this new machine. Have only had it since 5/8 so too early to tell if it too will be problematic.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best washing machine we've ever owned

This machine works great and has a wide choice of preprogrammed cycles. It also allows one to program a cycle for a personal preference. It is an Energy Star machine, saving us money on every load, and its spin cycle removes so much water from the clothes, drying times are significantly reduced, saving us even more money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I own this machine for almost 3 years and a rubber tube in the back has deteriorated. It is leaking water all over the place while I wait for the replacement part to be available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
