Sparkling Clean with just one touch

Clothing has never been cleaner. Whites sparkle. No detergent residue. Easy to understand options. Delicates handled with care. Doors open easily with just a gentle touch. Excellent product. Who knew laundry could be such a delightful experience!

Wonderful

I had one clothes washer for 25 years. It was obviously an old agitator model. Was so sad when it 'died'. I decided to try a washer without the agitator. What a disaster! I tolerated that washer for 2 years and finally decided it had to go. At that point I decided to purchase a front loader washer. After many visits to appliance stores, I kept going back to the Electrolux. After purchasing this Electrolux front loader....I am happy as a lark. I am now singing the praises of this washer. I love the various setting choices and believe my laundry is cleaner than ever. Thank you Electrolux.

Fabulous Washer

I have owned several washing machines but this is clearly the most versatile wonderful machine I have ever used. Wash loads are done to perfection and are remarkably short. I can easily do multiple loads of laundry in the morning or even the early evening. Great appliance.

Almost got it right

The machine cleans and I am happy with that. It is a little noisy on spin cycle. It is common practice to ajar the door to air it out and the directions call for it. The problem is the door does not ajar. It is either closed or fully open because of the door spring. This is frustrating because the laundry room door hits the washer door when the washer door is left open. I tried a loose Velcro strap but the stick back keeps coming off the door. I need a working solution.

Great customer Service

The first one arrived it worked great for the first few days. Then I would hear a squeal every now and again. Maybe bad bearing? I called Electrolux customer service and since it has been less then a few weeks of ownership they sent me a replacement.
The new-new works great but the fabric softener would dispense for a couple of loads then it decided it not to for other loads. Fast steam option would soak my clothes instead of un wrinkle them. So I once again called Electrolux about the problems. They referred me to a repair outfit to take care of the problem. The serviceman then deduced it was the motherboard/control board was not telling the solenoid valve to open and let water through the fabric softener tray. Also, Another fault of the board was that it would not let the serviceman pull up error codes on the screen or cycle the machine to diagnostic mode. Hopefully that is the problem. I will not know till the 19th of June 2014

No more allergies

The allergy setting allows me to clean my sheets and not have to worry about being able to breathe. There is so much capacity in this machine that I can do it all in one load vs 3 with my old washer.

this washer lives up to the standards that I have come to expect from Electrolux products. This is my second home that I have purchased Electrolux for. The washer even has a bathing suit speciality mode. YOu can program this washer to remember your favorites cleans well will little noise
