Problem with freezer door popping open

Beautiful fridge but the freezer door pops open a crack when you shut the fridge door, which means frozen food thaws if you don't catch it. I have called the appliance company where I bought it but have yet to have it fixed. Very disappointing!

Got this fridge a month ago. The freezer does not reach zero. 10 is it. The fridge stays around 40. I used various thermometers to check.
Its brand new, how's it going to work when it's older?

Does not keep ice cream hard. Ice tadte like medicine, even though we followed instructions for installing water line.

Not as good as my old one that was 30 years old

Its nice but several things have been made cheaper that my old durable one that lasted me 30 years. The racks on the doors are flimsy I'm afraid they will break. My old one had adjustable shelves on the door. There was no ice cube rack, I had to build my own in it. I don't like the shelves they way they adjust either not enough room in height or too much room in height. My other one had half shelves that were adjustable with places to adjust every inch the ENTIRE length of the fridge, this one only has like two places to adjust and neither makes me happy. I bought this fridge as it was the closest i could get size wise to my old one. I only have 30 inch doorways and am limited to what can come in. The guys rubbed my door coming in roughly and chipped my molding anyway.
