Worked for 19 days

Looks nice. Only worked for 19 days. Freezer and Refrigerator both are warm even on coldest settings. Service man coming tomorrow. Hope it’s not a lemon.

Too noisy

This refrigerator looks good and holds a lot more than one would imagine. The noises that come out of this thing is unreal. We're on our second one and it's going back. If anyone's looking for The Little Drummer Boy, he's in my refrigerator!

Please bear in mind with your new, high-efficiency refrigerator it may introduce unfamiliar sounds. These sounds normally indicate your refrigerator is operating correctly. Some surfaces on floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make these sounds more noticeable.
Did you know? Today’s compressors run much faster than in the past. Your compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound.

Came With Brand New House - disappointed

Dear Customer Service,
Last year in October at the age of 60, I bought my first home. Having been a single mom for most of my life, that dream was put on hold, for orthodontics, medical, college caring for sick parents etc I was glad to do it. And at the age of 60 said –these next twenty years (hopefully) are mine. The home I purchased had been renovated top to bottom as I felt I owed it to myself to do it right and have as little maintenance and unexpected costs as possible. In the home was a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator, stainless steel, a real beauty and having never owned a brand new one, always second hand or whatever was in the apartment I rented, I was excited. The excitement started to dissipate after six months when I noticed small rust spots. They were tiny so I didn’t pay that much attention as I had been setting up the new home alone, so I had other fish to fry. It’s just me in the house so it’s not like a brood of young ones are constantly opening the door. Well just under a year and the appliance looks horrible. It looks dirty and I am so disappointed. I had no experience with stainless steel in the past so I didn’t even know this could happen. In retrospect, knowing what I know now, I would have preferred the old textured doors that resist stains and fingerprints. This all to say how deeply disappointed I am. Since they were installed by the contractors who renovated the house, I have no access to receipts or warranty information. I would have to believe there is minimally a year warranty. They were brand new though as I had to remove wrap etc. And I would think any company worth their salt, would rise to the occasion and make a situation right. And this is what I am asking you to do. I am asking Frigidaire to stand by their appliance. Either replace the doors with ones that won’t do this, or replace the appliance with a non stainless steel. Please consider my request.
