[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had my JD-20 for just shy of 2 years now. The first thing we noticed was the door shelfs would pop out every once in a while. Then we saw they were broken (2 now). After 1 year a large crack developed in the door itself. I have since used caulking to seal it. The guide for the meat drawer is now broken as are all 3 drawers. This is a good fridge to buy if your looking to stage a house but if your looking for a fridge for a family stay far away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excess Freezing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At apx.nine months, the freezer became a deep freeze. We are on our third repair with no improvement. We have owned many refrigerators for 45 years without such a problem. What do you do with rock-solid ice cream and ice sticking to the fingers?

Spacious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Plenty of refrigerator and freezer space. We use this as our extra/garage refrigerator and it works very well. Unfortunately, in the 6 months that we've used it, one door shelf has cracked slightly otherwise I'd give it 5 stars!
