Acceptable But Not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and immediately had a "convenience" problem. The shelves are too narrow to stay up on the ledges they are supposed to slide in and out upon. This results in the front edge of the shelf on one side coming off its support and lurching downward making everything on the shelf jerk toward that front edge on the top two shelves. On the bottom shelf that supports the produce drawers, the drawer on the off-the-ledge side gets off its slides and will not close fully, which I worry will block the door closing completely if I don't watch it every time.
I called Customer Service and they were very willing to help. They are sending me new shelves for the top two shelves as a first attempt to fix the problem. If it works, they will send new ones for the produce drawers also. I do not know if this will help unless the replacement shelves are wider than the original ones which I cannot imagine will be true but would fix the problem if it is.

Almost perfect

Except for producing a loud noise during one of its cycles at times this would be a perfect refrigerator for the price.

Excellent frig/freezer
