I am disappointed that such a fine company would let a product go out without addressing a noise issue such as this.

Welcome to the extended Frigidaire family, Jimbo22. I am sorry that you’re not happy with the sounds your refrigerator is making. Your new refrigerator may make unfamiliar sounds. These are all normal sounds and that indicate your refrigerator is operating as designed. Hard surfaces, such as vinyl or wood floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make sounds seem even more noticeable. Page 19 of your owner's guide addresses the normal sounds and sights your refrigerator will exhibit. If what you are hearing is not listed, please reconnect with us directly by calling our Customer Engagement Center at 877-435-3287 for assistance. The hours for the Customer Engagement Center are 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday 8am to 6pm EST. Your friendly Frigidaire lady, Ruth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit to replace a 12 year old unit. I would have to say it is average at best. It makes some very odd noises and the ice maker actually stopped working effectively this week. It's funny that I received this request for feedback today...timing is everything!

We welcome you to view the normal operating sights and sounds located in your use and care guide. Have you recently changed the water filter? Once the pores in the filter become clogged with debris the water is unable to move through the filter effectively.
