I am pleased with the washer, cleans better than our old Kenmore. Very quiet, does not rock and the dryer is efficient.

Easy to use, lots of room!

We bought this about 2 months ago after moving into our home. The salesman at the appliance store highly recommended it. We have not been disappointed! At first I was intimidated by all of the features, but after I did a quick scan of the instruction manual, it has actually been very easy to use! My clothers have dryed very quickly and I do love that you can customize every load if you want. I would buy it again.

Super Quiet!

My laundry room is right off my family room and we had to turn up TV to hear over our old machine & dryer. This one barely hums! Love it!

Washer and dryer weren't even two months old when I got and error message on the washer an had to call repairs!! Not happy after what we spent for it and me and my husband had to install it, upstairs in our home!! Repair man came and during the first load the error message came up again, so what is your answer to that!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a family of five and this dryer is perfect. There are many settings/dry times to choose from. If you have accidentally
left your clothes in the dryer longer than anticipated- the steam option is fabulous!

No disappointment here

I combed thru hundreds of reviews to settle on this make and model. As with any online purchase buying something you haven't seen makes you nervous. However, this model has performed flawlessly from day one. We especially like the steam feature. Adding steam to the drying process has eliminated persistent pet oders from our blankets and bed covers.
I would recommend this to a friend!
