Love my Electrolux!

I bought my front load washer and dryer on pedestals November 2010. I LOVE BOTH OF THEM! They are so quiet when they're running that you would never know I'm running them! Also, the dryer dries my clothes so much quicker than my old dryer! The steam setting comes in really handy! I also feel that the washer gets my clothes cleaner and they come out in better shape than they did in my previous washer. I used to have my housekeeper wash all of our clothes on her one day per week. Now, it's a pleasure to wash clothes and I keep clothes washed up myself throughout the week! I feel like I have died and gone to Heaven! The pedestal bases are so handy and hold so much that I was able to clean out half of the built in cabinets above the washer and dryer and use them for storing something else. I would recommend the Electrolux front loading washer and dryer to ANYBODY!

Great Machine!

Good design and performs well. Does require a little maintenance and hygiene but with provided instructions of care are easy to follow. My wife and I love the size and the fact of being able to wash our queen size comforter. Have had this unit for over 7 months and is running great! Overall great buy for us!

Buyer Beware!

We purchased this dryer in October 2013. Nine months later, I got an "E66" error message. The repair technician determined it was the Thermal Lameter and needed to replace the Main Board. After that was complete and the technician was running the machine for 5 minutes, he received an "E65" error message which meant the Element needed replaced. After the Element was replaced and I finally was able to use my dryer after waiting 2 weeks for it to get fixed, I ran my dryer 2 times and received another "E66" error message. I am now waiting for the repair service to come and figure out the problem. Needless to say, I am now without my dryer for another extended period of time while I have to wait for this problem to get fixed. I am very disappointed in my a Electrolux dryer! We are a family of 4 and to be without a dryer is highly inconvient. And NO, I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this dryer!

This dryer is fantastic! It's very large (I can fit my queen size comforter in there) and I love the different setting options for specialty items. The steam feature is awesome!
The only things that aren't awesome are I'm not wild about the push-button door and the normal cycle doesn't seem to dry all that well (mixed-load works better).
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought about 2 months ago and generally very happy with the washer and dryer. However we haven't quite mastered the proper dryer cycle to choose since too often we have to turn on again since clothes are still damp. Wish it was smart enough to continue until dry!
