Fabulous Washer!

I needed a stackable washer and dryer to fit in a custom-built cupboard, and I wasn't sure what my options were going to be. I was so excited when the salesman showed me that there were options from Frigidaire. The washer has tons of features and is very quiet, as is the dryer. My favorite part is the dryer's steam option, since I don't like to iron and it removes all the wrinkles.

Great machine, best that I have ever owned. Loaded with features and always performs beyond par. Not a single problem after six months of heavy use. I highly recommend this washing machine.

Had an issue with the panel lights going off on the Normal cycle but the Electrolux repair tech explained that I must have inadvertently pushed the Energy Saver button which caused the lights to go off after five minutes. Now it is working perfectly!

Unexpected Quality

One month in. I chose this machine because I have a great counters in my laundry room that we put in 10 years ago when we built the house. Back then all machines were under 38 inches tall. Not so in 2016. Now I only had a few to choose from and since I did not want to remodel my great laundry room I stayed with an under 38 inch model. I thought I'd be settling for "lesser" machine. Not so! I have steam and all the features I need. I love how quiet and vibration free my new washer is. Would totally buy it all over again. Solid machine.

Needed new pump after only 3 months!!!

We do an average amount of laundry for a family of 4 and had to replace the pump on the machine after owning it for only 3 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor install

I am on my second washer. The people installing the first put the drain hose to far down the drain pipe causing most likely a back flush of water when it drained. Not knowing what the real issue was they exchanged the washer for a new one. The second time they forgot to turn on the hot water. The machine appears to be working great.

when it spins it sounds like the whole machine is coming apart--maybe like a bearing is bad or something like that. I haven't found anyone yet who can look at it.
