Dream come true!

I bought this washer (and dryer) set a little over a month ago and have seriously been living a luxurious life since! When my husband and I first got married we had hand-me-down washer and dryers and it was nothing short of awful. The washer had no hot water hookup and my clothes would end up in one big giant bundle. Then we got this washer! I absolutely love this machine and the look is sleek, attractive and I love that it is a front loader. No more reaching down grabbing those stubborn socks! My favorite feature is the sanitize cycle that gives me the assurance my clothes/towels/sheets are clean and free of odor. Also, the amount of water it uses in comparison to our old one is awesome as it helps reduce our water bill. Another plus for us was that it was quiet! Overall, it's a great washer and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another in a heartbeat. my brother even bought one for his new home up in Utah! Frigidaire, you have earned customers for life!

good new washing machine for the price

replaced a 13 yr old Frigidaire washer with this one. Lots of new options and cleans great but a couple of issues too. The door doesn't always close tightly so it won't start correctly. Have to push it closed with my knee. Called the repair place recommended but they said nothing was wrong. But it still happens. Also a lot of water collects in the rubber gasket, or lint or even a sock. Doesn't drain well so it gets kind of icky in there.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke down two months after we bought it

What a nightmare the washer door would not stay shut 2 months, if that after our purchase. took 3 week to get it fixed, good thing it was covered by fridge air . We had to go do laundry at the laundry mat and dry at home. Good washer but bad review due to the early break down.

We bought this and the matching dryer instead of a compact stacked unit for our small condo and we're so happy with it! It has great capacity, runs so quiet, and is so efficient the dryer completes its cycle in half the time. Love it!

Bought 3 months ago. Won't work and the repair has taken almost a month and still not complete thru the warranty service. So I have a brand new washer and have been going to the laundry mat for a month
