Easy to install, easy to use .... does a good job cleaning clothes - quiet and efficient. It washes clothes using less water. The minimal water feature is important to us and I'm sure to many others who have purchased this machine.

Avoid - very problem prone.

Bought this washer - within three months had to exchange for a replacement unit. Has lingering problems with the door catch latch which makes the door not close and therefore the washer not able to start a load. Also retains water and creates a bad smell. Definitely would avoid Frigidaire in the future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Features are easy to operate

We purchased our washer two months ago and are very happy with its performance. The steam function has worked perfectly to remove stubborn stains. The washer is quiet during operation.

Love the washer, hate the door

I am glad I spent a little more for the steam. This is a great washer and an improvement over the last Frigidaire I had. My only complaint is that the door latch is not as secure and you really have to give it a hard close or it doesn't catch. I am worried it will break, hopefully while still under warranty.

My old machine was also a front load, but I cannot believe how much better this one is--it is so quiet and does a super job of getting the clothes clean. They clothes are so well rinsed and spun that they are barely damp when they are done.

Fits in tight space

So far so good except that the door doesn't always latch tightly and I need to slam it a couple of times before the cycle will start. Also, sometimes the completed load is too wet. We were pleased to get a set to fit in a closet area and Frigidaire seems to be the only company that makes a machine that is smaller without being a compact. It appears to do a good job cleaning the laundry.
