Not too hot

We bought it about 6 months ago and first noticed it was not cooking hot enough so we adjusted the temp per the manual and now seems to be better. The biggest disappointment is the front door. We had it less than a month and somehow something managed to spill into inner glass on the door. It requires the door to be removed and disassembled to clean the glass. we had a technician out to check the burners in the oven and indicated the issue with the door glass. He stated that it was a cleaning issue which he was not responsible for. So I the consumer/customer need to disassemble the door to clean the glass? This does not sit well with me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought it a few months back but just ihad it installed. It is easy to work and adds a touch of sleekness to the kitchen.

Oh no! I am distressed to hear you are having ignition difficulties with your new range, SSam. Each burner head has a small ignition port. Should you experience ignition problems, it may be that this port hole is partially blocked with soil. With the burner head in place, use a small wire gauge needle or the end of a paper clip to clear the ignition port (please see page 22 in your Owner’s Manual). We looked long and hard to fine the Gallery gas range and we are very pleased with our purchase. It also matches our other appliances. Looks great too!

We bought our range about a month ago. We have some toddlers for grandchildren and espically like that the oven door does not get hot to the touch.

Still thrilled with it after two months! Beautiful, efficient...what more can an avid cook ask? Kicks out a bit of heat when using the oven, so I'm looking forward to using it more when this Phoenix summer moves on. Keeping the stovetop clean is no problem ... I use Orange Pledge. Love it, love it, LOVE IT!
