Horrible oven performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a newly built home from a builder and he installed this frigidaire range, microwave, and dishwasher in the kitchen. The stove top is easy to clean and I like the high output of the 17,000 btu burner. However, one of the burners (back right 14,000 btu burner) just goes out periodically. You think you are cooking or heating something up and it just shuts off the gas.
The oven performance is just poor. The temp fluctuates a lot and nothing bakes evenly. Forget about using multiple racks. When you use the "quick bake" knock-off convection feature, it does improve the baking quality but it still far from satisfactory. We just ordered a new duel fuel range to replace this one less than a year old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
