NOT AS EXPECTED

JUST TOOK DELIVERY OF THE NEW GAS RANGE. AT THE STORE I NOTED IT WAS PROVIDED WITH A BROILER BURNER AS THAT WAS AN ITEM WE USE. AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED AND THE DELIVERY MEN LEFT WE ANXIOUSLY CHECKED OUT THE STOVE ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT A BROILER PAN IS "NOT" PROVIDED. WHY WOULD A RANGE BE EQUIPPED WITH A BROILER BURNER WITHOUT A BROILER PAN?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you would please refer to page seven, position numbers twenty-six and twenty-seven of your Owners Manual, you will see that your broiler pan and its insert are considered optional accessories. They are not automatically included with the purchase of your range. Hope this helps! -Jennifer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great convenience with 5 burners, and easy clean up of surface. I am very happy with my purchase. Nice large oven capacity for my roasts and of course the convection works well for two racks of cookies at one time. With the Holiday's approaching soon, I am sure to have better production of my cookie's and favorite cheesecakes. I have already had cakes and pies done perfectly.
