Blows very hot air out of vent

We have had this oven for about a week and used it 4-5 times. The vent POURS out hot air and makes it very uncomfortable to stand by while cooking in the oven and cooking on the stove top and just generally heats up the house. We are disappointed because our old oven was also very hot so we were hoping to have an improvement. Don't know if this is how it normally functions or if something is abnormal or needs to be serviced...

Hi Sarah! I certainly understand your concerns with hot air coming from your vents on your range. The ventilation is to allow the heat to escape the range, so that it doesn’t over heat. Which is a part of the normal operations for your range. I hope this helps! Respectfully- CiCi

Good Overall Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like almost everything about the oven, it looks good and the LED based interface works well and is easy to use.
The only negative is that there are cooking spatters between the inner and outer panes of glass in the oven door window. It looks like I'll have to take the door apart periodically to clean.
